Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns the results. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use that material to answer.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs that may include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic traffic analysis and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
These limited data support site operations, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that service's privacy terms. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or erase website-held data depend on applicable law. Washington has no broad general consumer privacy act as of the research date; chapter 19.373 RCW, the My Health My Data Act, protects consumer health data rather than creating a general public-record deletion right. Because we retain little, a request usually involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Send it through the Contact page. Records held by Spokane County, its cities, or Washington agencies remain under the custodian's control.
